Upon entry you're greeted with a spacious entryway & custom bench underneath a picture window. The dining room is in the front of the home with large bay windows overlooking the street. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, Italian stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, an eat-in island framed with a quartz waterfall on both sides, and a custom built in range hood. The family room has french doors leading onto the back elevated deck. Powder room, mechanical room, and laundry room round out the first floor offerings. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite has a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a second closet. The ensuite bathroom has a custom vanity with two sinks, ceramic tile flooring & backsplash, & a walk in shower with glass enclosure. The backyard has a brand new privacy fence, elevated wood deck off of the family room, & plenty of space for gardening, entertaining, & pets.
